To apply for admissions from Class VI to X and for XI-XII (Science & Commerce), please fill in accurately the form below. Please keep scanned copy (Maximum size 1MB each) of the following documents/content ready in jpg, jpeg, gif or pdf format before filling in the form.

  1. Passport size photograph
  2. Birth Certificate
  3. Aadhar Card of student (if available)
  4. Marksheet of the last class attended
  5. Transfer Certificate
  6. Signature of student
  7. Application fee (Rs. 150/-) receipt obtained from School

Please consider the following while submitting the form:

  • A fee of Rs. 150 needs to be paid online/in cash.
  • Student declaration should be ticked
  • Necessary field should be filled (In case the form shows error after submit application is clicked, check the filled contents for error)
  • Select the optional subjects as per the class you are applying for

TIP: You can use a image/doc scanner app in your mobile (adobe scan, microsoft lens etc) to scan the documents. Preferable format is pdf for small file size.
